Who is responsible
for processing your personal data? DISEÑO PEMA, S.L. is the CONTROLLER of the processing of the USER’s personal data and informs you that such data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR), and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).

For what purpose do we process your personal data?
To maintain a commercial relationship with the user. The intended processing operations are:

– Sending commercial and advertising communications via email, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enable commercial communication. These communications will be carried out by the CONTROLLER and will relate to its products and services, or those of its partners or suppliers with whom it has reached a promotional agreement. In any case, third parties will never have access to personal data.
– Conducting market studies and statistical analysis.
– Processing orders, requests, and responding to inquiries or any type of request made by the USER through the contact forms made available on the CONTROLLER’s website.
– Sending the online newsletter regarding news, offers, and promotions related to our activity.

Why are we allowed to process your personal data?
The processing is legitimized by Article 6 of the GDPR as follows:

– With the USER’s consent: sending commercial communications and newsletters.
– For the legitimate interest of the CONTROLLER: conducting market studies, statistical analysis, and processing orders or requests at the USER’s initiative.

How long will we store your personal data?
The data will be stored no longer than necessary to fulfill the purpose of the processing, or for as long as legal obligations require. When it is no longer necessary, the data will be securely deleted or anonymized.

To whom do we disclose your personal data? No data disclosure to third parties is planned unless it is necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of the processing. In such cases, the data may be provided to our communication service providers, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed confidentiality and data processor agreements in accordance with current privacy regulations.

What are your rights?
The USER has the following rights:

– The right to withdraw consent at any time.
– The right to access, rectify, transfer, and delete personal data, and to restrict or object to its processing.
– The right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with current legislation.

MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

By checking the appropriate boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in contact forms or download forms, USERS expressly and freely accept that their data is necessary to fulfill their request. The inclusion of data in the remaining fields is voluntary. The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER is truthful and is responsible for notifying any changes.

The CONTROLLER informs that all requested data via the website is mandatory, as it is necessary to provide an optimal service to the USER. If not all the requested data is provided, the information and services offered may not be fully adapted to your needs.

SECURITY MEASURES

In accordance with the current regulations on personal data protection, the CONTROLLER is complying with all GDPR and LOPDGDD provisions regarding the processing of personal data under its responsibility, particularly the principles described in Article 5 of the GDPR. Data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject, and is adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.

The CONTROLLER guarantees that appropriate technical and organizational policies have been implemented to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and LOPDGDD to protect USERS’ rights and freedoms and has provided adequate information so that they can exercise them.
